Series and Class Information Changes on EDGAR

  1. Go to EDGAR
  2. Click Login with Login.gov
On the EDGAR Filing website, click the button Login with Login.gov
  1. Enter Login.gov credentials
  2. Click Submit
  3. Set your Login CIK if needed (see instructions here)
  4. Click Retrieve/Edit Data  in the left-hand navigation area
In the left-hand navigation of EDGAR, select the Retrieve/Edit Data link.
  1. Enter the CIK and CCC of the company or individual that needs updating.
  2. Click Continue
Enter the Company CIK and CCC to proceed with the Retrieve/Edit Data process.
  1. Click Enter Series and Classes (Contracts) Information
In EDGAR, click on the Enter Series and Classes (Contracts) Information link.
  1. Verify the CIK, Company Name and Criteria. Click the Continue if CIK Meets Above Criteria button at the bottom of the Enter Series and Classes (Contracts) Information page
Verify the CIK, Company and Criteria. Then click the Continue if CIK Meets Above Criteria button.
  1. Scroll to the bottom of the Enter Series and Classes (Contracts) Information page and click the Modify button
  2. After making your edits you will need to click the Verify / Submit Changes button at the bottom of the Enter Series and Classes (Contracts) Information page
