Beginning September 16, 2024, certain fee bearing submission types that require or allow a filing fee exhibit, filed after 5:30 PM ET will display a status of “Unknown” in EDGAR and will be processed the next business day. This may also affect filings that do not include a fee exhibit (e.g., a 424B3, or an S-3/A etc.)

What this means for filers
If you submit any of the above types after 5:30 PM ET, your filing will receive an “Unknown” status and will be manually processed by the SEC the next business day. This status does not guarantee acceptance of the filing. To avoid delays, consider submitting your filings before 5:30 PM ET or after 6:00 AM ET the next business day.
